What if I told you that God does not give any instruction to anybody without giving divine directions
to go with it, he does not give you a purpose without adding a manual on how you will accomplish it. Would you you believe me? I guess you are not too certain about your answer to that question because it sounds too religious, right?
Okay, here is a simple story about a man named Lot in the Bible to open your eyes.
Genesis 19: 1-38 but for the purpose of keeping this post concise I will focus on verses 15, 16, 17…..”Hurry! Take your wife and your two daughters who are here, or you will be swept away when the city is punished. When he hesitated, the angels grasped him by his hands and the hands of his wife and of his two daughters and led them safely out of the city, for the LORD was merciful to them….”flee for your lives! Don’t look back, and don’t stop anywhere in the plains! Flee to the mountains or you will be swept away!”
The scripture above shows clear instructions from God to Lot. As seen in the lives of today’s men and women, it is difficult to even connect with God so that hearing from HIM can be easy and sometimes when we try to tune in to GOD, we refuse to heed HIS instructions because of fear, doubt, greed and other selfish needs.
Let’s be honest with ourselves, most times we face challenges because we refused to obey simple GOD given instructions, we end up failing over and over because we have refused to pay attention to details, we end up becoming our biggest enemies because we refused to do what is good at the right time, we have become so used to our instinct that we mistake it for GOD’S voice.
Because you have tried figuring things out by yourself and failed, now you are forced to ask yourself is my life supposed to be this way? why can’t I get it right for once? I’m I following my purpose in life?
Yes! Life was not suppose to be so complex for the children of God. The answer to your questions is, you have to decide to obey God’s instructions and trust him to give you divine directions on how to go about your plans. Obey HIM by seeking HIS face in His presence, in the Word of GOD ( the Bible), by worshiping and praising HIM, in fasting and giving love to others.
Too good to be true?
It is the simplest thing to do. Unlike Lot, refuse to doubt God’s protection and divine direction for your life when ever an instruction has been given to you to do something. Yes, there will be people who will try to drag you back just like Lot’s son in-laws, daughters and wife. Refused to let people who do not know your purpose on earth, people who have not heard the same instructions or message that you have. (Genesis 19: 14. Go forward, do not look back again beginning from today, make a decision to stop all the indecisiveness by taking actions today. Go forward from now and start enjoying God’s divine direction in everything that you lay your hands on, you will enjoy HIS protection over your life and that of your household.
Sisters, I say to you today, do not look back at what you have lost in the past or what you stand to loose by going forward and not looking back. Remember, when you loose one thing, you stand a chance of gaining twice your lost, it is the law of “giving and receiving”. Choose today to trust GOD and “Go forward, don’t look back” because God’s instructions come with divine direction and protection.

Our heavenly Father, thank you for the spirit of obedience and humility which is released upon me beginning from this moment and for the rest of my life. Thank you for the grace to obey your instructions and to honor your name through my daily life here on earth. In Jesus mighty name, Amen.
Thank you for praying that prayer, I believe God has released HIS spirit of humility upon you to always obey HIS instructions for your life. Enjoy divine direction and protection from today and forever, Amen.
